General Public - G Job Duties Provides clerical and administrative support to the security office.
Maintains filing systems, copies and distributes materials, and purges inactive files.
Performs keyboarding duties, entering data into forms, documents and agency data systems.
Produces administrative reports and correspondences.
Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent.
Recent experience providing customer service and administrative support in a professional office setting.
Demonstrated skill in the use of Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel to accomplish office support requirements.
Additional Considerations Clerical and/or administrative support experience in the correctional and/or alternative setting.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
